Submit a Support Request If your question can’t wait until the next scheduled Q&A session, lodge a new Support Request from “Support Central” in your Online Business admin. From there, you can view and sort existing support cases and submit new cases to get more help. Submitting a new request is simple - just click “Submit New Case” and follow the prompts. We guarantee we’ll get back to you in 8-business hours. Remember: the more detail you provide, the sooner we will be able to answer your questions. So please be as specific as you can and attach any screenshots or related files that will help us in responding to your case. |

Depending on where you are located, your one-on-one training with one of our dedicated design professionals can be conducted at your office, your home or over the Internet. Your training will be customised to meet your needs, dealing with your website, just tell us what you want to do and we'll show you how. This is defintely the fast track. Only $110 per hour. |

Future Design Work Even though you will have full access to make updates to your website by yourself, we certainly look forward to supporting you well into the future, in any way that we can help. My team will always be available to assist and perform updates or improvements whenever required. Our support packages is only $330 for 5 hours of web updates. You can simply call or email us anytime with any task. We will complete the task for you and simply record the task and time used on your time sheet. This works out to be only $33 per half hour, which is definitely one of the cheapest design rates in the market. |
