Useful tips for utilising Facebook. I wonder though if it depends on your niche? I mean are some niches difficult to offer free tips for? I chose my niche last year and have struggled with it and struggled with building credibility online and knowing how best to market my site and attract customers. I wonder if the tips I give will look too basic to mention, but I might give it a try.

Hi Chris, thanks for contributing. I'm finding that the key is to give value and make an impact. If you figure out what value you can provide for your customers and deliver it frequently, then your target customers will be keen to keep hearing from you. If your customers keep hearing from you and communicating just as you and I are right now, then you are right there, top of mind, when a sales opportunity arrises. Best of success to you.
