Luke Hayes will happily exchange or refund, within 30 days of the date of purchase. So if you are not completely satisfied with your book, or if you change your mind about a book purchase, we will refund the cost of the book to you.
Want to return a book that you purchased via the online store?
To return a book for refund, simply send it back to our office:

Want to cancel an online order?
Yes you can cancel your order. When an order is received we make every efforts to send the order within a few hours. For this reason, only orders cancelled within 8 hours of placing the order, will get a full refund.
Order cancellations received 8 hours or more after the order was received, will receive a refund less $6 to cover the postage and handling fee.
Once the order has been dispatched we cannot stop the parcel from being sent out. Consequently, we ask you to refuse delivery by the transporter so that it can be returned to us.
