Speaking Terms & Conditions

Please find below the Australian Website Marketing's terms and

conditions for booking Luke Hayes as your Work Shop Leader,

Trainer or Keynote Speaker.

1) Luke Hayes is not confirmed for an engagement until a
-- signed agreement and 50% deposit has been received.

2) The balance of the fee is due 7 days prior to the event.

3) In the event of a cancellation:

• If the client cancels, the 50% deposit is not refundable.

• If the client cancels within 7 days of the engagement date, the full fee is still payable.

• In the event of cancellation by Luke Hayes, all monies paid to Australian Website Marketing will be refunded.

4) The following payment methods are available:

--By cheque

-- Please pay cheque in the name of Australian Website Marketing.

--Electronic Funds Transfer
-- Australian Website Marketing
-- Commonwealth Bank of Australia (Gardeners Rd, ROSEBERY)
-- Account Details BSB # 062239 Account # 10111031

-- Please advise by phone, fax or Email of Electronic Funds

-- Transfer into our account.

5) All hotel charges including accommodation, meals and
-- refreshments will be paid for by the client. This does not
-- include phone calls, alcohol or leisure activities.

The terms and conditions provide us with an agreement so that everybody involved can concentrate on the event. If you have concerns with any of these terms please don't hesitate to contact us.
